There are 3 different modes to build lineups: Full Auto mode (aka. Single click Option), Semi Auto mode and Expert mode.
Full Auto
Full Auto mode is a feature for those who are rushed, DFS novices or simply do not have the desire to do hours of research. Full Auto mode uses a series of default filter settings and optimization settings to automatically build your lineups. The default setting used for Full Auto mode can be customized by you to suit your needs and attempt to build the best set of automatic lineup building and optimizations.
Semi Auto
Semi Auto Mode enables the Player Filters button on the left hand side of the home screen and also allows customization of the Culling and Optimization Options (upon clicking the “Optimize” button). Additionally, once your lineups have been built, the Lineup Filters will be available for customization as well.
Expert Mode
Expert Mode unlocks the full capabilities of StatShark (all features on the navigation bar). This includes full research capabilities
- Performance and Comparative Charting
- Team Level Analytics
- Full Player History
- Performance Probabilities
Please Note, Full Auto is *NOT* the same thing as our web version of the software. While our web version is very easy to use, Full Auto on the desktop version 1.) does not have you pick players, it does so for you, and 2.) is customizable.
Customizing Full Auto: Full Auto can be customized by going into either Semi Auto or Expert mode and configuring the various settings and filters discussed within this help file. Once you have customized a specific set of filters or settings, simply click the “Set as Default” button. From there on, the default settings you have chosen are what will be used in the full auto process. To learn more, please read about Player Filters, Culling Options, Optimization Options and Lineup Filters and Final Sorting.
Please Note: The navigation menu on the main screen is not available until you go into Semi Auto or Expert mode.
